Welcome to Mama Maps. By using or accessing Mama Maps, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service:

User Conduct and Responsibilities:

  1. You agree to use Mama Maps solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  2. You are solely responsible for any User-Generated Data you contribute to Mama Maps, and you acknowledge that Mama Maps does not endorse, monitor, or verify the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such data.
  3. You agree not to use Mama Maps to upload, post, transmit, or otherwise distribute any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.

User-Generated Data and Accuracy Disclaimer:

  1. Mama Maps relies on user-generated data for its content, including but not limited to information about family-friendly places and locations. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Mama Maps cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of the user-generated data available on the platform.
  2. Users are solely responsible for the information they contribute to Mama Maps, and Mama Maps does not endorse or verify the accuracy of the user-generated data. Any reliance on such data is at the user's own risk.
  3. Mama Maps encourages users to exercise caution and common sense when using the app's content and to cross-reference the information with other reliable sources before making any decisions based on the data provided.
  4. Mama Maps shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of inaccurate or outdated user-generated data available on the app.

Ownership of User-Generated Data:

  1. By submitting or contributing any information, content, or data (collectively referred to as "User-Generated Data") to Mama Maps, you hereby grant Mama Maps a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly display and perform, and otherwise exploit such User-Generated Data, in whole or in part, in any media now known or hereafter devised for any purpose, including but not limited to improving and promoting the Mama Maps app.
  2. You acknowledge and agree that Mama Maps shall have sole ownership of any aggregated and anonymized data derived from the User-Generated Data, which may be used for analytics, research, and other lawful purposes without any obligation to compensate or credit you.
  3. While Mama Maps will make reasonable efforts to protect and preserve the privacy of user-contributed data, you understand and agree that Mama Maps shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of such data or unauthorized access or use by third parties.
  4. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to grant the license described in this section for any User-Generated Data you contribute to Mama Maps and that such data does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Intellectual Property:

  1. Mama Maps and its associated content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Mama Maps and protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the app without explicit permission.
  2. Mama Maps respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that any content on Mama Maps infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us to request its removal.

Third-Party Links and Content:

  1. Mama Maps may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mama Maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites and recommend that you review their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Termination and Suspension:

  1. Mama Maps reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to the app, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability.

Limitation of Liability:

  1. Mama Maps and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Mama Maps.

Use of Google Services:

We utilize Google Maps APIs and hereby refer to the Terms of Service for Google Maps at https://cloud.google.com/maps-platform/terms/ as well as Google's general terms at http://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/terms. Users of Mama Maps are also bound by these terms of use.

Changes to Terms of Service:

  1. Mama Maps reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of Mama Maps after such changes will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

  1. The parties agree, for all disputes arising out of or in connection with this contract, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
