This page explains exactly how onboarding works and what the partnership costs — in plain numbers. Businesses onboard themselves, set their own prices and availability, and we review and publish every offer before it goes live. Families then book and pay directly on Mama Maps, and your payout lands in your account automatically.

Create your partner account

Sign up and claim your business. You verify your payout details once through our payment partner (Mollie) — we never see or store your bank credentials.

Set prices & availability

Create an offer, set your price, and choose how many slots to release — either a simple quantity or specific dates and times. You stay in full control of what and when.

We review & publish

Every offer is checked by our team before it goes live, so quality and pricing stay consistent across the marketplace. Approved offers appear in the weekly last-minute funnel.

Families book & you get paid

Families pay on Mama Maps and receive a QR-code ticket. You scan it to redeem on arrival, and your payout — minus our commission — is settled automatically.

Digital tickets & redemption

No new hardware. No paper. Just scan and go.

Every booking becomes a secure QR-code ticket. When a family arrives, you open the ticket link — it shows the booking details and whether it’s still valid. One tap redeems it, and it can never be redeemed twice. Everything runs in the browser on any phone or tablet you already own.

The commercial terms

A 20% commission — charged on the net amount, after VAT.

We only earn when we sell for you, and our commission is never charged on the VAT you have to pass on to the tax office. Here is exactly how a booking breaks down.

Commission is calculated on the net (VAT-exclusive) value of each booking we drive. Payment-processing fees are included in our commission — there are no separate transaction charges, no listing fees and no monthly minimum.
